Chili Night

(The first of many meal plans that are great for practicing the Habitually Cooking Principles)

Chili is a religion for some. This chili is not for them. It is however, easy, flexible and great for leftovers. With practice dicing vegetables you’ll be able to whip this up in no time. Use an Instant Pot to make ahead and keep warm till serving (I often make it while everyone eats breakfast at the counter).
